Physical characteristics

• Feeder made of 0.6 mm thick pre-lacquered sheet metal, white in colour (other colours and materials available on request).
• Dimensions height x width x depth: 600x400x250 mm.
• Capacity for 44 litres.
• Incorporates 2 methacrylate viewing windows for a quick visual inspection of the amount of food in the hopper.
• Easy to install and adaptable to any type of stall or stable, by means of two anchors installed at the back of the feeder (see details in photos).
• 45º slopes on all interior surfaces to prevent feed accumulation and facilitate the flow of feed.
• Designed for use in areas protected from weather conditions such as rain, ice, snow...
• Feed output designed for 75 mm. diameter pipes. Each trough comes equipped with 0.5 metres of PVC pipe and a 45º elbow to carry out the necessary installations.
• Possibility of installing a feeder unit for 2 different stalls, through our duplo system installation kit. This kit consists of a modified PVC Y branch, two 75 mm diameter pipes, 0.5 metres long, and two 45º elbows.
• Compatible with any type of grain or dry feed, which makes it adaptable to other animal species, such as dogs, chickens, etc. (only in feed high in molasses content have problems been detected with the creation of vaults that impede the flow of feed).

Power supply

• The feeder works both at 220V a.c. (mains) and at 12V d.c. (batteries, solar kits,...). The 220V a.c. operation is carried out through a transformer supplied with the feeder.
• ADD-ON: SAI system (uninterruptible power supply system), consisting of a transformer from 220V a.c. to 12.6V d.c. (1.0Ah) 3.0Ah. lithium battery. This system has an autonomy of 50 rations of 10 litres each, in the event of a mains power cut.
• ADD-ON: Autonomous Kit for sites without main electrical networks, consists of a charger and two batteries of 3.0Ah (autonomy 50 rations of 10 litres each) or 6.8Ah (autonomy 120 rations of 10 litres each).

Control panel

• Daily timer with up to 8 to 6 possible servings per day.
• Timer by seconds, which guarantees the exact selection of the dosage to be delivered.
• Backlit display with large numbers and very easy to program (only PHOENIX TIMER).
• TEST button, to check the correct functioning of the automatic feeder. By pressing the button, the feeder delivers a ration (PHOENIX TIMER only).
